Sales Associate
Each Sales Associate is an important part of the SMKW team. Sales Associates help our customers find what they need in our Retail Showroom in Sevierville, Tennessee. Catalog Sales Associate
SMKW's Catalog Sales Agents man the phones at our full-service call center in Sevierville, Tennessee. Agents are trained to use SMKW's state-of-the-art order system to place orders for SMKW's catalog customers. If you can type at least 25 words per minute and enjoy talking with people from around the world, then this may be the job for you! Warehouse Puller/Packer
Without the help of our Pullers and Packers, SMKW would not be able to process thousands of catalog orders each day. A Puller/Packer helps process customer orders at SMKW's Distribution Center in Dandridge, Tennessee. If you have distribution experience, and you are willing to work hard, then this may be the job for you!
